Advisor Analyst - Class of 2025

Selected candidates will complete an intensive Advisor Analyst training program and obtain Series 7 & 63 securities licenses. Job Responsibilities:

  • Bring genuine curiosity and high energy into the discovery of financial advisors’ business needs – learning their process and building a helpful relationship around mutual understanding
  • Listen to and proactively address challenges facing advisors, leveraging insights and best practices from Redwood resources and thought leaders
  • Respond to inbound inquiries with a creative, problem-solving mentality, serving as subject matter expert on the RiskFirst process
  • Engage existing and lapsed clients – sharing updates, educating, and identifying opportunities – to better understand the full spectrum of advisory business needs and scenarios
  • Collaborate as a true partner across different departments – marketing, operations, portfolio managers, and analysts
  • Work with Head Advisor Analyst to master client relationship management skills, using data to strategically develop account intelligence, relationship-mapping, and case opportunities through technology-driven insights

Education and Experience:

  • A financial degree is not necessary. Your major or area of concentration is less important to us than your internal drive, work ethic, and potential. We encourage you to apply, provided you share an interest in the capital markets and have demonstrated strong academic performance and professional drive
  • Minimum 3.3 GPA
  • Provide professional references

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $65,000
  • Bonus: up to $10,000
